Premiere: “Malden’s Road to Revolution”
Reenactors will portray Maldonians
on the Eve of the American Revolution
T
he Malden Historical So-
ciety, in conjunction with
Freedom’s Way Heritage As-
sociation, will premiere a spe-
cial dramatic presentation ti-
tled “Malden’s Road to Revo-
lution” at the Society’s 130th
annual meeting on Tuesday,
May 2, at 7 p.m. in the Ryder
Gallery of the Malden Public
Library. After a short business
meeting, history will come to
life as six reenactors in peri-
od garb portray historic Mal-
donians during the time lead-
ing up to the American Revo-
lution. A collation will follow
in the Carr Gallery.
