Mayors of Malden and
Everett join forces for
Earth Day Clean Up

and Mayor Carlo DeMaria
of Everett for the second time
will partner up for the 2017
Earth Day Spring Clean Up –
on Saturday, April 22 from 8
a.m.-12:30 p.m. All are encour-
aged to attend and help clean
up the Northern Strand Com-
munity Trail (Bike to Sea Trail)
to prepare for the summer-
time. Volunteers are asked to
meet and sign-in at the Ever-
ett City Services parking lot,
which is located at 19 Norman
St. in Everett.
Following the clean up will
be a post-clean-up celebra-
tion with lunch and music at
the Bone Up Brewery parking
lot, which is located at 38 Nor-
man St. in Everett. Music will
feature a local band fromEver-
ett –The Local Scruff–whowill
begin playing at 1 p.m.
