We must all demand that this nonsense be stopped right now. Global Oil big shots have donated thousands of dollars to some of our city councilors. Correggio and Zambuto have been on the receiving end of quite a bit of campaign donations from this company’s execs. Why? What does this co expect from our local officals? I can tell you that they expect our councilors to roll over and play dead. Which they are now doing. The people of Revere are being overrun with high taxes, high water bills, high crime, and now an attempt will be to overrun us with highly dangerous chemicals being brought in by train going through our neighborhoods. I am also opposed to the thousands of trains that will go right through Revere carrying this dangerous cargo. Our local city councilors have been starngely silent on this issue. A couple like Correggio and Zambuto have received very generous campaign donations from Global Oil execs. Why would Global Oil give Correggio and Zambuto thousands of dollars except for to cuury favor for their dangerous cargo. We must stop this nonsense now no matter what it takes.sincerely Billy Bell

I agree! The 106 is the ONLY bus that runs past a school and many, many senior citizens buildings in Malden and without this bus, they are stranded too and can’t get to the train station without paying expensive cab fare. Please don’t take these much needed bus routes away!

I also want to see the City of Revere take some positive action preventing a disaster concerning the transportation of millions of gallons of oil by rail. Also, I request that our council have our Federal delegation appear before the council concerning this matter.
