That is the issue, nobody is on the premisses providing supervision. She is not there during the day, she arrives around 9pm and leaves @ 7am the next morning. She has no way of knowing what is taking place outside of those hours. When she is on the premisses during those hours she is upstairs in her bedroom. I challenge Silva's Haven to provide verifiable documentation demonstrating how they meet the criteria which allows them to operate as a tax except 501c3 non-profit charitable organization. There are no activities, nor is there any staff on the premisses to indicate they are providing the support services they claim on their website. There is no job training, there is no emotional and financial support, the residents are not taught the skills needed to live free from difficult domestic situations, they are not connected with professionals for job training, they are not provided with transportation. Make no mistake about it, Silva's Haven charges these women rent. If the rent is not paid, the women are asked to leave. If they don't leave willingly, they are evicted.
