Tucker, 17, of 303 Cooledge Street was charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle; reckless operation of a motor vehicle; failure to stop for police; leaving the scene of property damage; resisting arrest; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; and malicious destruction of property under $250.

Ronald F. Powers, 49, of 418 Border St., Boston was charged with an arrest warrant.

Victoria D. Cardarella, 45, of 85 Whitin Avenue was charged with intimidation of a witness; and threatening to commit a crime.

Kenneth J. Cutliffe, 41, of 85 Whitin Avenue was charged with intimidation of a witness; and threatening to commit a crime.

Stephen Anthony Vidal, 18, of 76 Harvard St., Chelsea was charged with three counts of assault & battery; and two counts of assault & battery with a dangerous weapon.

Wenjie Dong, 50, of 105 Bayrd Rd., Malden was charged with keeping a house of prostitution.

Joseph Aldrick Girouard, 55, of 61 Pomona Street was charged with keeping a house of prostitution; and an arrest warrant.

Edward M. McDonald, 49, of 15 Fenley Street was charged with an arrest warrant.

George A. Williams, 43, of 170 Central St., Somerville was charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

Stacy L. Sarro, 28, of 41 Bennington Street was charged with four counts of possession of a Class E drug; and possession of a Class C drug.

Joseph E. Scarpellini, 31, of 247 Elm St., Everett was charged with indecent assault & battery on a child under 14; four counts of possession of a Class E drug; and possession of a Class C drug; possession of a Class C drug; and violating the city knife ordinance.

 

Monday, October 22

  Bryan McDonald, 24, of 66 Sunset Rd., Arlington was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended license; failure to stop for police; speeding in violation of special regulation; and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
