RevereTV Spotlight

It’s another week and there are two more Revere Veterans and Community programs (Tuesday at 6pm and Friday at 10am and 5pm). This time, Morris engages in some casino talk with the Revere Republican City Committee chair, Greg LaCedra. Then, on the half hour, Louis Ciarlone, I.B.E.W. 123 President, offers a union perspective on the proposed casino in the City of Revere. If you miss any of Morris’ shows or want to see them again, you can access them on YouTube.
Common Ground, hosted by Suffolk County Sheriff Steven W. Tompkins has returned. It can now be seen on the Revere CityChannel 9 Fridays at 5pm and Sundays at 8am.
Life Issues hosted by Judie VanKooiman can be seen on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 7pm with an encore presentation the following Friday at 2:30pm. The latest edition features Rona Mael, adult day care; Carolyn Gagon, social worker; and Andrea Cali, marketing director from the Done Orione Home.
Other new shows are in various stages of completion. Community volunteer Chris Piazza is producing a cooking show called Yes, Chef with chefs Patrick Keefe and Tyler Lucier. The first episode’s menu includes Chili, Pulled Pork, Reuben Eggrolls and Brick Chicken with Corn Salsa.
Another community volunteer Kris Victor is putting together “a faith-based discussion program that will promote a positive vision of the City of Revere.” If you would like to help or be a panelist, contact Kris through RevereTV.
If you are a RevereTV member, you should have received an invitation to the Annual Members’ meeting scheduled for Monday, January 27th. If you did not receive one, you can email or call the studio to RSVP. For those who are not members but think they would like to be, you may also email or call. We look forward to seeing all of you on the 27th.
