Help yourself – I think not

  A resident on Goodale Street reported to police that a man in a red pickup truck jumped out at his home and allegedly retrieved some scrap metal from a construction dumpster outside then walked into his home uninvited. The contractor working on his home told the man to leave.

 

Friday, March 2

 

Luckily no one was hurt

  An officer reported a telephone pole was downed from the high winds on Lowell Street at Spiros Way. According to the report, a vehicle drove over the pole, which was old and not hooked up to any utilities. The pole was moved to the roadside. The Departments of Public Works, Fire and Police would be busy throughout the weekend dealing with the affects of the nor’easter.

Monday, February 26

  Samantha M. Rosano, 29, of 23 Carleton St., Peabody, was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.

 

Tuesday, February 27

Jose Luis Montanez, 47, of 22 Ashton Terr., Lynn, was charged with threatening to commit a crime.

Leah B. Phillips, 37, of 16 Coolidge Ave., Peabody, was charged with an arrest warrant.

Isidro Fuentes, 28, of 37 S. Elm St., Lynn, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Algenis Olea, 19, of 5 Pleasant St., Peabody, was charged with possession to distribute a Class D drug.

John F. Medina, 18, of 4 Buxton St., Peabody, was charged with possession to distribute a Class D drug.

 

Thursday, March 1

Ardrenda Townsend, 56, of Hyde Park, Mass., was charged with an arrest warrant.

Elias Y. Moya, 29, of 9 Stocker Ave., Lynn, was charged with an arrest warrant.

Andrew J. Hartigan, 25, of 4 Nichols Ln., Peabody, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, with speeding in violation of special regulation and with three arrest warrants.

Victor V. Cunha, 54, of 2 Park Sq., Peabody, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, with failure to stop/yield and with negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

John Magee, 40, of Winthrop, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense; with negligent operation of a motor vehicle; with marked lanes violation; and with failure to stop for police.

 

Saturday, March 3

Nicholas T. McKenney, 24, of 53 Tracey St., Peabody, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, with attaching plates and with an arrest warrant.

Cuong Quang Le, 32, of Malden, was summonsed for uninsured motor vehicle and for operating with registration revoked.

 

Sunday, March 4

Richard Gingras, 19, of Claremont, N.H., was charged with shoplifting $100+ by asportation.

 

Monday, March 5

  Crisniel Soto, 25, of 142 Shore Dr., Peabody, was charged with disorderly conduct and with three counts of assault & battery.
