Thursday, May 3

 

Spit and run

  A motorist pulled up to a police officer doing a detail on Lowell Street and reported a road rage incident where he claimed the driver of another vehicle spat on one of his passengers. According to the report, the victim couldn’t identify the man or his vehicle but was advised to file a report at the police station.

 

Friday, May 4

 

Barking is such sweet sorrow

  An ongoing neighborhood dispute fueled by barking dogs got heated when the animal control officer contacted a resident on Bradford Road, instructing her to call Peabody police to file a complaint as he was not on duty. A complaint was sent to the offending dog owner by animal control.

 

Sunday, May 6

 

They were dying to go there

  A resident filed an online concern to “My Police Dept.” regarding cars driving into Maple Hill Cemetery after dark, parking, then leaving a bit later, according to one report. A dispatched officer discovered one vehicle occupied by five people, who were sent on their way.

 

ARRESTS

 

Wednesday, May 2

  Michael J. Mahan, 49, of Auburndale, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence of drugs; with failure to use care in start, stop, turn, back; and with negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Peter P. Gallo, Jr., 37, of 10 Hoover St., Peabody, was charged with an arrest warrant.

 

Thursday, May 3

Alexis Jackson, 20, of North Reading, was charged with uttering a false check and with an arrest warrant.

 

Friday, May 4

  Jose M. Adames, 25, of 18 Hutchinson Ct., Lynn, was charged with breaking & entering a building in the nighttime for felony, with threatening to commit a crime and with malicious destruction of property under $1200.

 

Saturday, May 5

  Thomas P. Conant, 26, of 26 Endicott St., Peabody, was charged with four counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, with assault and with assault & battery on intimate partner.

Matthew Russell Kelly, 31, of Abington, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, and with failure to stop/yield.

 

Sunday, May 6

Jessica Cooper, 28, of Westford, Mass., was summoned to court for assault & battery and assault & battery with a dangerous weapon.

Sheryl H. Milbury, 58, of 405 Essex St., Salem, was charged with larceny over $250 and with conspiracy.

Kimberley Hobart, 51, of 405 Essex St., Salem, was charged with larceny over $250 and with conspiracy.

Craig Madison, 48, of Pembroke, Mass., was charged with two counts of assault & battery.

 

Monday, May 7

Aloysius Fonta, 28, of 58 Chatham St., Lynn, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended.
