Tuesday, January 23

 

In denial of the denial

  Police charged a Lynn man who allegedly made off with a carton of Newport 100’s and a Mountain Dew soda after his credit card was denied for the $103.53 purchase. According to the report, John L. Furey, 34, of Lynn, was charged with shoplifting $100+ by asportation.

 

Friday, January 26

 

He tried to sell, so she showed him the door

  A Dana Road resident called police to report an overly aggressive door-to-door salesman who attempted to sell her siding for her home. The man was described as tall, with a beard and wearing a dark blue jacket. A dispatched officer was unable to locate him.

 

Saturday, January 27

 

I guess the answer was “no”

  A resident at Wilson Terrace reported that a man knocked on her door between 10-15 minutes ago and asked her if she wanted a dent removed from her vehicle. The unidentified male stated he could do the work for $100. Police were unable to locate him.

Tuesday, January 23

  Heather G. Reis, 39, of 6221 Crane Brook Way, Peabody, was charged with assault & battery with a dangerous weapon and with assault & battery on 60+/disabled person.

Ellen A. Middleton, 52, of 286 Newbury St., Peabody, was charged with assault & battery with a dangerous weapon.

William J. DeCotis, 32 of 286 Newbury St., Peabody, was charged with assault.

Chouna K. Lendo, 25, of 4 Brightwood Terr., Lynn, was summonsed for operating after license revoked.

Brendan Keohan, 49, of Plymouth, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct.

Felipe V. Gomes, 25 of 21 Ord St., Salem, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Leandro M. Bacelar, 25, of 96 Tremont St., Peabody, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and with no inspection/sicker.

 

Wednesday, January 24

Leana Santoro, 38, of Boston, Mass., was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, third offense; with possession of a Class E drug; with possession to distribute a Class C drug, subsequent offense; with receiving stolen property under $250; and with two arrest warrants.

Nicole Armstrong, 25, of 145 Essex St., Swampscott, was charged with an arrest warrant.

David Flores, 39, of Boston, Mass. was charged with possession of a Class A drug, subsequent offense.

Leana Santoro, 38, of Boston, Mass., was charged with larceny under $250 and with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, third offense.

Thursday, January 25

Boris DeLeon, 27, of 4 William Pl., Lynn, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Esteban Cruz-Cordero, 32, of 60 River St., Lynn, was summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Kenia Torres, 38 of 2 Burnside Ave., Salem, was charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle, with failure to stop for police, with operating after license revoked and with possession of a Class A drug.

Thomas R. Germano, Jr., 27, of 9 Tumelty Rd., Peabody, was charged with an arrest warrant.

 

Friday, January 26

Shakila C. Vasquez, 27, of East Boston, was charged with assault & battery and with using a motor vehicle without authority.

Dudley Smith-Mendoza, 32, of 4 Broad St., Peabody, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Justin Alba, 18, of 88 Allerton St., Lynn, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and with no inspection/sticker.

Carlos Estrada, 38, of 21 Rogers Ave., Lynn, was charged with operating after license revoked, with child under five without car seat and with child five to 12 without seat belt.

 

Saturday, January 27

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with failure to stop/yield.

Christian M. Chalonec, 20, of 196 Locust St., Lynn, was charged with an arrest warrant.

Michelle L. Keon, 26, of 14203 Bay Dr., Danvers, was charged with filing a false police report, with operating after license revoked, with obstruction of justice and with an arrest warrant.

Andrew DiCarlo, 26, of 21 Newcastle Rd., Peabody, was charged with false report by public employee, with obstruction of justice and with two arrest warrants.

Darrin Lemon, 49, of 486 Lowell St., Peabody, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and with an arrest warrant.

 

Sunday, January 28

Deven L. Manthorne, 23, of 137 Eastern Ave., Lynn, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, with possession to distribute a Class B drug, with motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, with failure to use proper care in starting, stopping and turning, and with an improper turn.
