Revere police arrests

 

Tuesday, January 16

  Oscar E. Araujo, 58, of 103 Williams Ave., Lynn, was charged with operating after license revoked or right to operate suspended.

Mario Joseph Mestanza-Moran, 21, of 298 American Legion Hwy., Revere, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs.

Stacey J. Falcucci, 30, of 124 Crescent Ave., Revere, was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, with assault & battery on a police officer and with resisting arrest.

Luis Chino, 31, of 532 Washington Ave., Revere, was charged with assault & battery.

Shymale Brown, 25, of Jamaica, N.Y., was charged with assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, with intimidation of a witness, with violating city knife ordinance and with failure to stop for a police officer while operating a vehicle.

 

Wednesday, January 17

  Brian G. Mercado, 23, of 402 Revere St., Revere, was charged with armed robbery, with armed assault with intent to rob and with five arrest warrants.

 

Thursday, January 18

  Jarvis Lee Grant, 37, of 443 Vane St., Revere, was charged with an arrest warrant.

Anthony Donald Cook, 44, of 37 Belmont Ave., Lynn, was charged with an arrest warrant.

Carlos Niz-Chavez, 23, of 30 Hathaway St., Lynn, was charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle, with operating an unregistered motor vehicle/trailer and with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Boban R. Marinkovic, 30, of 12 Cedar St., Malden, was charged with interfering with a police officer and with disorderly conduct.

 

Friday, January 19

  Jose Rivera, 31, of 957 Saratoga St., East Boston, was charged with larceny over $250 by false pretense.

Weslin Carillo-Garcia, 21, homeless/Chelsea, was charged with armed robbery-firearm, with armed home invasion-firearm, with assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, with assault & battery and with violating city knife ordinance.

 

Saturday, January 20

  Joy E. Verdieu, 18, of 164 Newland St., Malden, was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

Malaika H. Louis, 20, of 142 Conant St., Revere, was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

Joaquin Antonio Gomez, 39, of 47 Ashley St., East Boston, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and with one-way violation.

 

Sunday, January 21

  Erick Orellana-Estrada, 28, of 8 Calumet St., Revere, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Joaquin Chavez, 45, homeless/Revere, was charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Stephen C. Duffey, 61, of 418 Revere Beach Pkwy., Revere, was charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Jose R. Arriaga-Landaverde, 48, of 690 Broadway, Revere, was charged with assault & battery with a dangerous weapon.

 

Monday, January 22

Jonathan Moreno-Alvarez, 25, of 2 Clinton St., Chelsea, was charged with possession of a Class B drug.

Edwin Yobani Moreno-Alvarez, 28, of 2 Clinton Ct., Chelsea, was charged with possession of a Class B drug, with possession of a Class E drug, with operating under the influence of drugs, with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and with an arrest warrant.

Jonathan V. Matias, 22, of 32 Arcadia St., Revere, was charged with two arrest warrants.

Sean M. DeSalvo, 50, of 12 Hayes St., Revere, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, with threatening to commit a crime and with two counts of assault & battery with dangerous weapon.

Mohamed Elbalaoui, 51, of 101 Waite St., Malden, was charged with motor vehicle lights violation, with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended or revoked and with failure to notify Registry of Motor Vehicle of name/address change.

Jorge Davis, 23, of Providence, R.I., was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with motor vehicle lights violation.
