~ Letter to the Editor ~ A Heartfelt Thank You for Golden Hills Park

Dear Editor:

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful work that was done at Golden Hills Park.

As a resident of Golden Hills for 69 years, this park has always held a very special place in my heart. I spent many years there as a child, then watched my own children grow up enjoying the park, and now I am blessed to be able to bring my grandchildren there.

Seeing this beautiful park renewed and brought back to life is truly a blessing for our neighborhood.

The new park is absolutely beautiful and is a perfect addition to our community. It is wonderful to see so many children enjoying it, and it is refreshing to see their smiling faces outside, playing and spending time together.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to our Town Manager, Scott Crabtree; Jeannie Meredith; our Board of Selectmen; the Finance Committee; Town Meeting; and our State Representative, Donald Wong, for their efforts and support in making this project possible. I also want to thank all of our neighbors and everyone else who played a part in bringing this project to our community.

We are truly grateful. Golden Hills Park is more than just a beautiful new playground, it is a place where memories are being made, generations are coming together, and our children can simply enjoy being kids.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen. Our entire neighborhood is so appreciative!
