    Mayor: Mohegan Sun not welcome in Everett

    Encore Boston Harbor prepares “aggressive HR and recruitment campaign”

    By The Advocate   As construction nears its end, Encore Boston Harbor is gearing up an aggressive recruitment campaign to fill the 4,800 jobs the project is expected to create next year, according to a brief presentation by the casino’s Community Relations Director, John Tocco, before the City Council on Tuesday evening.
