    The Choir of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, which is under the leadership of Music Director Sam Nelson.   St. Paul’s Episcopal Church (127 Summer St., Lynnfield) will host a community Advent Lessons & Carols Service, “Darkness to Light,” on Sunday, December 16 at 5 p.m. The “Darkness to Light” service, modeled after one developed and used at the great English Cathedral in Salisbury, England, and at St. James Cathedral in Chicago, aims to recapture the longing and hope of Advent.     City to suspend parking meter fees during holiday season    Mayor Carlo DeMaria and the Office of the Parking Clerk are happy to announce the suspension of parking meter fees for a period during the holiday season. From Saturday, December 1 to Wednesday, January 2, all parking meters in Everett will be free of charge. Mayor DeMaria encourages everyone to consider Everett’s businesses and restaurants first when choosing holiday destinations.
