Hatha Yoga for Beginners
The Peabody Institute Library is pleased to announce a six-week Hatha Yoga for Beginners Class. This class begins on Thursday, September 20th at 10:30 a.m. at the Main Library, located at 82 Main St. in Peabody. Space is limited and registration is required. In this six-week Introduction to Hatha Yoga you will learn foundational yoga postures as well as basic breathing and meditation practices, all with a strong emphasis on mind-body awareness. Instructor Kelley Rae Unger (RYT) approaches yoga with curiosity and kindness, and has a passion for teaching yoga classes that are accessible for “every body.”
