Malden Police and Fire Departments hosting Public Safety Toy Drive

The women and men of the Malden Police Department and Malden Fire Department are reaching out to the residents of Malden and all those who would like to help brighten the holiday season for deserving local children. Malden Councillor-at-Large Craig Spadafora and Ward 8 Councillor Jadeane Sica are helping to coordinate the citywide toy drive this holiday season. The theme of the holiday toy drive is “Bring a Toy to Help Spread Joy!”

The Malden Public Safety Holiday Toy Drive has begun, and anyone who would like to help is asked to bring a new and unwrapped toy for children of all ages to one of two locations in the city:

— The Malden Police Station headquarters, which is located at 500 Eastern Ave. (Route 60)

— The Malden Central Fire Station headquarters, which is located at 1 Sprague St. (across from Malden High School)

The Holiday Toy Drive is accepting donations until Friday, December 15. The Malden Police Dept. and Fire Dept. thank everyone who will consider helping put a smile on the children of Malden who deserve it the most!
