Glen Davis seeks re-election to Town Meeting in Precinct 4

Hi! My name is Glen Davis and I’m running for re-election in Precinct Four. I’ve served the town for three terms and never missed an Annual Town Meeting or Special Town Meeting. I research each article presented to us and watch every finance committee meeting to understand their recommendations. I also do the same with bylaw changes and inquire about the decisions that were made by the planning board. I’m a lifelong Saugus resident and live at 220 Essex Street. My wife, Laurie, and I raised our three children here. Three of my eight grandchildren attend Saugus schools which I support wholeheartedly. I’ve spoken in favor of the after school enrichment programs and how they can strengthen the students. I’ve worked with neighbors to solve problems by reaching out to town departments. I was a member of the Saugus Youth & Recreation Committee for 21 years. I also served on the Cliftondale Revitalization Committee. I was previously the Program Director of Saugus Town Team Basketball for 11 years and past President of Saugus Babe Ruth for 12 years. I am also a certified USA/MIAA/NCAA Softball Umpire.
