Everett Police Patrolmen’s Union Endorse Joe Gaff for City Councilor

In a letter to candidate Joe Gaff, Jermaine Bellard, President of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #40, wrote, “The Everett Police Patrolmen’s Union, FOP Lodge #40, proudly endorses Sgt. Joe Gaff for Everett City Council – Ward 5. Sgt. Gaff serves on the Traffic Commission, leads the Police Department’s Traffic Unit, and is a former Executive Board Member of our union.
