City of Everett Celebrates Pride Month

Everett community gathered to celebrate Pride Month with a fun-filled day of food, music and activities

The City of Everett joined with the Everett community to celebrate Pride Month at Everett Veterans Memorial Stadium. Pride Month is celebrated throughout the month of June every year to recognize and celebrate persons who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. At the event, there was plenty of delicious food, live performances and family-friendly activities throughout the day. Hosted by DJ Cilla BK and Haus of Madusa, attendees were treated to live performances by Cherry, Convict Julie, FemMenThem and Lex the Shaman.

“I’d like to thank everyone who celebrated with us and took part in the festivities,” said Mayor Carlo DeMaria. “I’m glad our community was able to come together to celebrate Pride Month and continue our commitment to ensuring that Everett is for everyone.”

Mayor DeMaria would like to thank all who contributed to make this a successful event for the Everett community.
