City of Everett to celebrate Italian American Heritage Month

All are welcome to celebrate Italian culture at this event

Mayor Carlo DeMaria is pleased to announce that the City of Everett will host an Italian American Heritage Month Celebration event on Saturday, Oct. 19. The event will begin with a flag raising at 11 a.m. at City Hall (484 Broadway). Italian American Heritage Month is celebrated throughout the month of October to recognize the achievements and cultural contributions of Italian Americans. All are welcome to join the City of Everett in raising the Italian flag. Immediately following the flag raising, all are welcome partake in a celebration at the Edward G. Connolly Center (90 Chelsea St). The celebration will include food, dancing and live music performed by Italian American band Ambrosiani.
