Senator DiDomenico Celebrates Everett High School Theatre Company

EVERETT – Last week, Senator Sal DiDomenico joined students and teachers from the Everett High School Theatre Company to celebrate their huge success at the Massachusetts Educational Theater Guild (METG) Drama Festival. DiDomenico presented the students with a State Senate citation in recognition of making the finals in this statewide competition. The festival originally started with 115 schools participating and Everett made it all the way through to the finals, garnering several All-Star Company Awards across the preliminary and semifinal rounds.

“I see how hard all these students have worked to put on an impressive show and I am thrilled to see how far they advanced and showed everyone they are among the most talented groups in Massachusetts,” said Senator Sal DiDomenico. “I look forward to all the continued wonderful performances and accolades that are surely in our High School Theatre Company’s future.”
