Sikh Temple thanks Councillor DiPierro for sponsoring community lunch

Members of Everett’s city government recently visited the Sikh Temple located on Thorndike Street for a community lunch sponsored by Ward 3 Councillor Anthony DiPierro. The word “Sikh” means “learner” or “seeker of truth.” Sikhism advocates equality, social justice, service to humanity and tolerance for other religions. The Sikh Temple presented the guests with plaques thanking them for being strong community partners.
