A sergeant was promoted to a lieutenant, and a police officer was promoted to a sergeant during last Thursday’s promotional ceremony in Revere City Hall council chambers. Stacey J. Bruzzes e was promoted from Sergeant to Lieutenant, and Sean G. Matthews was promoted from Patrol Officer to Sergeant.
