A variety of competitive and fun games at the Connolly Center
The City of Everett’s Council on Aging (COA) recently hosted the Indoor Older Adult Olympics at the Connolly Center. Everett’s older adults participated in a variety of competitive and fun games, such as Cornhole, Horseshoes, Ring Toss, Golf Putt, Tic-Tac-Toe and Roll the Dice. The COA team oversaw all of the games and ensured everything went smoothly. Prizes were awarded to all who were victorious, but most importantly, everyone had a fun time together as a community.
The COA provides older adults access to health and fitness programming, educational tools, socialization, transportation, meals and support services. To learn more about the programs that are available, visit the Connolly Center (90 Chelsea St.), call 617-394-2270 to be connected to the Connolly Center or visit cityofeverett.com/city-hall/board-commissions/council-on-aging.
