Salvadoran American artist features butterflies and her Spanish cultural heritage in pop-up art gallery

  Everett resident Jay Guanaka was the featured artist of the month during Sunday’s Art Lab Everett gallery event on Bucknam Street. Her theme is experiments with symbols and surrealism. She also has two murals – on Beautification Way along Ferry Street and at 66 Main St. Guanaka studies at Lesley University in Cambridge. Visit Drawing_Jay to purchase her artwork.
