PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

FY 2023 ADOPTION OF THE LOWEST MINIMUM RESIDENTIAL FACTOR (MRF)

The Everett City Council shall conduct a public hearing at a special meeting of the council on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers at Everett City Hall, Third Floor, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149.

At said meeting, the Everett City Council shall consider the adoption of the lowest minimum residential factor (MRF) as determined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Commissioner of Revenue in setting the tax rates for Fiscal Year 2023 that began on July 1, 2022 and ends on June 30, 2023.

The agenda packet for this special meeting of the City Council shall be posted a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours prior to said meeting at the following link: https://cityofeverett.com/ city-hall/departments/city-clerk/agenda.
