In accordance with the provisions of the City of Everett Board of Health Regulations, the Board of Health will conduct a Public Hearing:

The existing language is as follows: Cosmetic Tattooing also known as permanent cosmetics, micro pigment implantation or dermal pigmentation means the implantation of permanent pigment around the eyes, lips and cheeks of the face and hair imitation.

The Proposed amendment is as follows: Cosmetic Tattooing also known as permanent cosmetics, micro pigment implantation or dermal pigmentation means the implantation of permanent pigment around the eyes, lips and cheeks of the face and hair imitation, and areola.

All persons interested in or wishing to be heard on the proposal may attend and participate in person.
