MHA #081022– Emergency Generator Services

The Malden Housing Authority is seeking quotes for Emergency Generator Preventive Maintenance Service and repair and Automatic Transfer Switch Preventive Maintenance Service and repair, this is a Federally Funded Contract under CFR 85.36 and MGL Chapter 30b. We have four (4) gen sets all in Malden, please see “Schedule A” in the IFB for equipment details and locations. There will be a pre-bid meeting at 630 Salem Street, Malden, MA 02148 in the Library on 9/27/22 at 10:30 am

Quote for two (2) preventive maintenance visits per year, per development for Generators, and on call service; and one (1) preventive maintenance visit per year, per development for Automatic Transfer Switches, and on call service for one year with an option to extend yearly at the sole discretion of the Malden Housing Authority for an additional four (4), one (1) year terms. Bids are due November 15, 2022 at 2:00 pm.

If your company is selected the MHA will require an Insurance certificate with Malden Housing Authority named as additional certificate holder per contract year.
