This notice is to inform you that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, @ 6:30 P.M. at Everett City Hall, 484 Broadway, 2nd Floor, room 27. Opinions will be heard regarding the following application:

An application has been presented to the License Commission for a Transfer of License from Diaz Restaurant Corporation DBA Rumors Bar & Grill, 56 Ferry Street to Daniela’s Corporation DBA Rumors Bar & Grill, 56 Ferry Street. This application is for an On-Premises, Restaurant, All Alcoholic Beverages License.

A copy of the application is on file and available in the Office of Inspectional Services, room 26 located at City Hall, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149 and can be viewed by request during regular City Hall business hours by contacting ISD at 617-944-0211.
