Project Location: 356 Commercial Street, Malden, Middlesex County Extended Public Comments Deadline: May 26, 2023

NOTIFICATION DATE: April 26, 2023
Public Notice is hereby given of the Waterways Application by the City of Malden to remove (2) access gangways/ramps (one 10 foot wide by 65 foot long, and one 6 foot wide by 67

decking, landing, stiff-legs and dock supports; construct a public waterfront walkway along the shoreline with a public point accessway from Commercial Street to the waterfront walkway (a portion of which is located within Chapter 91 jurisdiction); and construct bank stabilization with

Middlesex County. The proposed project has been determined to be Water-Dependent.

The Department will consider all written comments on this Waterways Application received by Friday, May 26, 2023 (Public Comments Deadline). Failure of any aggrieved person or group of ten (10) citizens or more to submit written comments to the Waterways Regulation Program by the Public Comments Deadline will result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hear- ing in accordance with 310 CMR 9.13(4)(c).
