LEGAL NOTICE EVERETT PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Public Hearing on an application by RISE Together Property located at: 52 School Street
Site Plan Review & Inclusionary Zoning

In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L Chapter 40A and with Sections 4, 19, and 32 of the Everett Zoning Ordinance, the Everett Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 6:00PM in the Speaker George Keverian Room (Room 37, Everett City Hall) to consider the above-listed application for Site Plan Review and Special Permit for Inclusionary Zoning. This proposal is for the redevelopment of a 26,020 square foot site, which is currently occupied by a residential structure and garage. The proposed redevelopment contemplates the demolition of the existing structures and construction of a 45-foot residential building, totaling approximately 58,947 gross square feet and containing 46 dwelling units, 31 parking spaces, and associated amenities and publically accessible open space. Applicant is proposing that 7 of these units will be designated as affordable. 52 School Street is a parcel of land referenced by Assessor’s Department as E0-03-000071.

A copy of the application and plans are on file and available in the Office of the City Clerk and the Department of Planning and Development, both located at City Hall, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149 and can be inspected online anytime athttp://www.cityofeverett.com/449/Planning-Board and/ or by request during regular City Hall business hours by contacting The Planning and Development Office at 617-394- 2334.
