The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on February 27, 2023 on an appeal filed on behalf of Cenvia Real Estate, LLC from January 26, 2023 denial of a building permit to construct a five-story mixed use building on property located at 20-22 Chelsea Street, Everett MA 02149. The building permit was denied based upon the Planning Board’s January 3, 2023 vote to deny site plan approval.
