~ LEGAL NOTICE ~ SAUGUS BOARD OF SELECTMEN PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Saugus Board of Selectmen will conduct a public hearing on the request of NationalGrid to locate poles, wires, and fixtures, including the necessary, sustaining, and protecting fixtures, along and across the following public way:

Broadway (US-1) – Massachusetts Electric Company, d/b/a National Grid to install 1 SO Pole on Broadway (US-1), beginning at a point approximately 1,130 ft. northeast of the centerline of the intersection of Walden Avenue and Broadway. Install new Pole # 2-50 on Broadway (US 1).

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at the Saugus Town Hall auditorium, second floor, 298 Central Street, Saugus, MA 01906.
