The property is in the Lower Broadway Economic Development District – Specifically the Lower Broadway Employment Sub-district – and the proposed use is only permitted in this Zoning District by the grant of a Special Permit from the planning board per Section 30 Appendix A Table of Use Regulations for the Sub-District
