City Council President Murphy announces 2023 Standing and Ad Hoc Committee appointments

  Ward 5 Councillor Barbara Murphy was elected as City Council President for 2023 on a unanimous 9-0 vote at the December 20 City Council meeting. Following her election she announced the following appointments to the Council’s Standing Committees.
