Council on Aging seeking 3 new members

  Mayor Gary Christenson is reaching out to Malden’s senior population (age 62 or older) to fill three vacancies on the Malden Council on Aging. The Council on Aging is a seven member board appointed by the Mayor tasked with advocating on behalf of older adults in Malden. The Council will work with other City of Malden departments and service providers to address seniors’ concerns as well as recommend services and programs that enhance the lives of Malden’s older adult population. Members are appointed to three-year terms and the Council will meet monthly on a day and time yet to be determined but what works best for all members.
