  Mayor Gary Christenson recently attended the Grand Opening celebration of Blue Ocean Nails Bar located at 338 Broadway. The new business is a full-service salon dedicated to the pursuit of excellence and offering care in nails, facial, waxing, eyelash extensions and lash lift. Owner Kelly Nguyen has worked in the field for 21 years and looks forward to bringing many of her longtime customers to Malden.
