Second Annual Caribbean Festival brought flare to Lincoln Commons

A Caribbean flare was ringing at Lincoln Commons during Saturday’s Second Annual Caribbean Festival at Lincoln Commons. The Caribbean heritage celebrated included Jamaica, Haiti, Bermuda, Trinidad and Tobago.
