A lifelong resident of Malden, passed away on Saturday, March 11, at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. Jean was born in Malden in 1937, the daughter of George and Hazel Doyle. She was raised and educated in Malden, graduating with the Class of 1955. She married Lauren R. Fisk, and the two settled down in Malden to raise their family. Jean worked for the Department of Transportation as a secretary until her retirement. She loved to cook and treasured spending time with family.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Lauren “Larry” Fisk, her children, Sharon Bilodeau of Plaistow, NH, Steven Carr of Rockport, Daniel Fisk of Malden, Russell Fisk of Malden, and Valerie Potter of Haverhill. Cherished sister of the late George Doyle Jr, and her grandchildren, Steve, Mary, Lauren, Nicholas, Abigail, Rebecca, Henry, Jessie, Victoria, Shane, Kaylin. Jean was preceded in death by her brother George Doyle Jr, and her grandson Joseph.
Visitation was held at the Weir- MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, Malden on Wed, March 15th. Graveside service at Puritan Lawn Cemetery Peabody.
