City dedicates memorial to Revere’s favorite son, Bobby Picardi

  The late City Taxi cab stand owner Robert Steven Picardi had a memorial dedication where his Broadway taxi business once stood along Broadway, on what would have been his 50th birthday, on Thursday morning.
