City’s Winter Festival draws hundreds of families; and a visit from Santa

  Approximately 250 families attended Saturday’s Winter Festival – sponsored by the Parks & Recreation Department – at City Hall. Children met Santa and Mrs. Claus while decorating cookies and drinking hot cocoa.
