City’s Winter Festival draws hundreds of families; and a visit from Santa

  Approximately 250 families attended Saturday’s Winter Festival – sponsored by the Parks & Recreation Department – at City Hall. Children met Santa and Mrs. Claus while decorating cookies and drinking hot cocoa.

The Senior Center singing carolers performed downstairs.

The Rosetti-Cowan Senior Center Singing Seniors sang festive tunes inside the City Council Chambers.

Garfield second-grader Andres Felipe Moy-Gutierrez sang “Rudolph, The Red Nosed Reindeer” with the Harmony Jewels a cappella group.
