Fifteen firefighters – many Revere residents – pinned, promoted and sworn in

  Fifteen firefighters were pinned, promoted and sworn in last Thursday afternoon, surrounded by family and colleagues, inside the City Council Chambers. Fire Lt. Michael Warren was promoted; probationary firefighters Jonathan Bona and Nathaniel Holmberg were pinned, and Garrett McMahon, Michael Banks, Anthony Sandoval, Nicholas Hartman, Nathaniel DeTillio-Eam, Domenic DiLiegro, Christopher DiPaolo, Adam Misci, Rebecca Rivera-Pompey, Michael DiCato, Rafael Henriquez and Ryan King were appointed as permanent reserve members by Mayor Brian Arrigo. Active military member Anthony DAmbrosio and Police Academy member Orion Kong weren’t able to attend, but they will take the oath of office at a later date.

Probationary Firefighter Jonathan Bona was accompanied by his sister, Genevieve, his son, Hunter, and his mother, Mary. He is a lifelong Revere resident and a 2007 graduate of Pope John XXIII High School.
