Revere Beautification Committee Fenno St. home named this week’s “Beautiful Home”

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

The landscaping at this Fenno Street home is the end result of the owners’ obvious pride in the property. The yard is surrounded by a black wrought iron, waist-high fence that allows the area to be seen by passersby. Starting at the front of the property and extending to the rear of the property is a line of plantings, including roses, bachelor buttons, peonies and lilies. These plants lead one’s vision to the rear yard, where the fence is lined with a combination of rose bushes and hosta plants. In the front yard, across from the plantings that were described earlier, there is a raised, large semicircle that is teeming with a variety of different plants. There are rose bushes and lilies of assorted colors and yellow Shasta daisies, purple and white flowers and succulents. Beyond the yard, the front stairs are lined with lilies and rose bushes and hostas; there are baskets filled with multicolored plants of different varieties; there is a large planter filled with geraniums and other plants. This all amounts to a yard that is lovely to see.

All the work is done by the owners, Sueli and Marcos Guerreiro. The Revere Beautification Committee (RBC) congratulates Mr. and Mrs. Guerreiro on the lovely yard that they have created and urges all residents to take as much pride in their property as they have.
