If you’re looking for some comfort food to get you through this February vacation, watch Senator Lydia Edwards on “What’s Cooking, Revere?” She uses her grandmother’s recipe to make baked macaroni and cheese and discusses her family history. Senator Edwards represents all of Revere, Winthrop, and parts of Boston as state senator. It is available to watch on RevereTV’s Facebook and YouTube pages and premiered on the Community Channel on Wednesday at 7pm. The episode will replay at least once per day through the end of this month. All episodes of RevereTV’s cooking programs to be found on YouTube in playlists to be viewed at your convenience.

Victoria Fabbo was at RevereTV last week to record another episode of “Fabulous Foods.” Victoria always makes a full and healthy dinner recipe for anyone to follow along to. All episodes of “Fabulous Foods with Victoria Fabbo” can be found on RevereTV’s YouTube page to watch at your own pace. Victoria is a prime example of someone who loved their time on “What’s Cooking, Revere?” so much that it led to a decision to create an original program. This newest episode will premiere next Wednesday at 7pm on the Community Channel.

The Revere High School Filmic Society is collaborating with RevereTV to record scenes for their latest production. The group will be back over the next few weeks and is just using the space as a film set. RHS A/V Media Tech, Paul Amato, helped put this together for the students. The RHS Filmic Society will be premiering their production sometime toward the end of the school year.

RevereTV is a frequent visitor of the Rossetti-Cowan Senior Center to record all the fun things going on there for the city’s seniors. Last week, Elder Affairs held a Valentine’s Day lunch that included donated raviolis and meatballs from Demaino’s. The concert included a playlist of Italian music. Watch the Valentine’s Day concert playing on the RevereTV Community Channel on weekdays around noon. This recording is also posted to YouTube.

RTV GOV is the channel to watch for all local government meetings. This is channel 9 on Comcast and 13/613 on RCN. The meetings also air live on YouTube and Facebook. This past week’s meetings include Ways and Means, Commission on Disabilities, License Commission, Traffic Commission, the Zoning Board of Appeals, and Revere Board of Health. All meetings replay on RTV GOV in the weeks following the first airing.
