RevereTV Spotlight

The Boston Renegades tackle football season has begun! On Saturday RevereTV was at the first home game of the season to stream the game live on social media and television. If you missed the team taking on the DC Divas, you can watch replays now scheduled on the Community Channel. All home games at Harry Della Russo Stadium will be covered by RevereTV and stay posted to the appropriate playlist on YouTube to watch at any time. Games will typically be on Saturday nights so tune in to the Community Channel then to watch it live.

For more commentary and information about the Boston Renegades, be sure to watch the “Renegades Rundown,” a new program put on by the team that now plays on the Community Channel on RevereTV. There are already four episodes from this month alone. This is an interview-style show that gives an inside look at Boston’s premier women’s tackle football team. All episodes of “Renegades Rundown” play on RTV for a few weeks at a time but can also be found on YouTube.

The spring season signals the start of more community events. RevereTV was able to catch glimpses of the Revere Youth Baseball & Softball Opening Day parade to Griswold Field. This took place last Saturday morning and T-ball games began right after. Watch highlights from the ceremonies now playing on the Community Channel in between programming, and also posted to RTV’s social media accounts.

Mr. RHS is an annual student pageant show produced by students at Revere High School every year. It is known to be lighthearted and fun entertainment, open to everyone. RevereTV has footage of the event that will soon be playing on the Community Channel. To catch the recording of the whole event at your convenience, watch it on RevereTV’s YouTube page.

On RTV GOV, expect to see replays of last week’s Revere City Council and School Committee meetings. The Economic Development Sub-Committee, Legislative Affairs Sub-Committee, the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Revere Board of Health, the Parking Committee and the Conservation Commission also held meetings within the past week that are now replaying on RTV. All City of Revere meetings will replay on RTV GOV in the following weeks and stay posted to YouTube.
