Ward 5 council candidate Linda Santos Rosa held a successful meet-and-greet at the Jack Satter House Hebrew Senior Life on Thursday. She, Ronald Clark and former Councillor John Powers are running for the vacated Ward 5 council seat on Tuesday’s special election.
