NOBO will offer best-in-class units, convenient location
Residents in Saugus, Mass., will soon have more options when it comes to the convenient, upscale housing they’re looking for. The NOBO apartment community will feature 245 units with one- and two-bedroom options, as well as a one-bedroom with a den option. Units will be situated in three four-story, elevator-serviced buildings.
Each unit will feature the best-in-class finishes residents desire, quartz countertops and custom cabinetry, open floor plans, nine-foot ceilings, wood-style plank flooring, and walk-in closets. NOBO will also have an outdoor pool, fire pit, grilling stations, dog park and dog spa.

The general contractor is Platinum-LeChase out of Newton, Mass. The civil engineer is Engineering Alliance out of Saugus, Mass. Financing will be provided by Fifth Third Bank and Marble Capital.
