Born in Melrose, Adam was the son of the late Jason Lew and Corinne (Zubris) Jones.
Adam is survived by his siblings, Ryan Jones of Tewksbury, Donna Bruch of NH, Shannon Jones of ME, David Lew of Peabody and Heather Lew of Revere, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Scott Jones.
